  I called about 3 weeks ago to book an appointment with my family doctor they had told me that my appointment was for Tuesday August 22nd at 8 p.m. with a doctor Chen and I never got a single confirmation within the last 3 days or even within a week's notice like any other Professional Center nor would they answer their phone within the half-hour of me trying to arrive there.. why? because I couldn't find or locate their office if you Google them they have two different locations I went to York Medical and they haven't even heard of them I called back again and I got the machine and I asked him if they could call me back the next day that way I can find a family doctor because it was an emergency . .and of course they did not ...don't waste your time with this Medical Center I've read the reviews and they're 100% true. They shouldn't even be in business and it's sad because it's the receptionist and the front desk that is putting the shadow on the doctors because I know there are some good doctors there... it's sad

  Doctor and his team are so friendly and understanding making us feel that we are in safe hands. The front office staff have been doing a great job in booking and managing the appointments. I have continued to bring my family to his Practice since 2010. Above all they are great with kids.
