- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love the product and the owners and staff of this company. The fence works very well to keep our German Shorthaired Pointer contained on 5 acres and we love using the indoor disc to keep him from counter surfing in the kitchen. Every person we've dealt with at the office or at our home has been excellent. Jeff initially met with us and made us feel confident in the product but not pressured. Melissa was fantastic at training our wild pup and even offered some additional advice. Nancy and now Christine in the office have been super helpful. Spencer who completed the install was also very polite and efficient. They've made 3 house calls since install to replace 2 collars and increase the level free of charge which really impressed me.
